The service they give is WRONG. As soon as you place the order, they charge the merchandise and send you an email with a tracking number which when you call the courier company they say they have not picked it up yet and that this is repeated on more than one occasion. I have sent two emails and they do not deign to reply. The delivery of the wireless headphones according to them is a few days and I have been waiting for the merchandise for 16 days and with no response. Next time AMAZON, they never fail in the service provided.nAnd as if that were not enough, they do not provide a telephone to be able to contact them. IT IS A SHAME.

I sent them faulty headphones and have never heard from them again. Several emails trying to contact and nothing. Now that I have seen the other reviews I understand everything.n....nAfter more than 2 months and without any previous contact since I sent the defective ones, in the end I have received the headphones. Everything has to be said.

I have never done something like this but they leave me no other choice, so I am forced to write the comment in public due to the ineffectiveness and blatant disinterest of the company. Last week I placed an order with Growbeats (order number # 132174), to buy from someone else. I made the wrong model, I wanted to buy a different one and I wrote to the email they indicated to solve the situation and have the amount reimbursed. After the refund, I would buy the desired model. They say they respond within 48 hours. Lie. More than a week, three emails and several messages on social networks and I do not get a response, apart from the fact that the shipping number of the order that I want to cancel makes it appear as that it has not been sent, so I cannot return it physically after receiving it. I think that in the XXI century, it was the era of digital marketing and RRSS, situations like this, of a company that is presumed serious, are quite undesirable, and more given the prices, which are not cheap. Hopefully they become aware of what happened, solve my problem and do not make the same mistake again. Greetings.
