Acceptable, I can only find one drawback.nThe puff pastry would be advisable to use butter, not fats of vegetable origin and hydrogenated on top.

I asked for a cake by phone and after repeating the cake modality that I wanted and my name to write down the order several times, when we went to pick it up, they did not have my note or my order, so the birthday cake bothered us. And without giving an apology about it. If they allow you to take orders over the phone, they should at least put competent people for that purpose. Maybe they decide to order pastry in this confectionery, but I already told them that on the phone better not.
