That ensaimada like mola deserves a wave Eh! Hey! They would have to classify it as the sweet par excellence of Albacete over the miguelitos because it gives a lot of laps to all the sweets that you have tasted in your life! It is so soft and with that wonderful toasted cream so characteristic that tastes better than it smells !!
