I have telephoned this site twice and have not come to visit it due to the lack of education of the man who answers the phone. The first time I called it was dry and I even raised my voice because he was not listening to me ... I thought that everyone can have a bad day ... just today I called again to rent an electric bike for Saturday and Exactly the same thing has happened to me ... the attention via telephone leaves much to be desired ... that's when I have only decided to rate it with a star in google ... AND NOW THE SURPRISE IS COMING ... it has called me on the phone it has Asked the name, he saw that it was me from the review and he told me why I gave him a LOW SCORE (in very bad ways) and he hung up the phone, I reiterate with lack of education and few manners.nnI advise going somewhere else ... at least in places where dealing with the client is dignified and polite. I think it is the basic thing you can ask for ... Seriousness and education.
