The municipalities on weekends in theory should be closed and not move but in the case of Blanes it is not like that, people go to Lloret as if it were a normal day and there is not a policeman on the road when they break a regulation, that is If to put fines for stepping on the yellow line they appear even under the stones, dealing with the nefarious citizen since they believe they are superior and threaten to fine you.
