The team is very good quality and professional. They are friendly and the classes enjoyable. I started with a bit of fear due to ignorance but Esther and Yoana immediately made me lose my fear with their classes and I was hooked. I met Tidore in the early 2020s, when it still seemed like we couldn't start practicing in a studio in a long time. Right away we had online content from the teachers and as the phases of the de-escalation progressed, I was able to test the study physically for the first time and during the time I have been there it was 10. As for the teachers, I practiced with Ruth and Esther I loved them both, you can tell they are passionate about it, and their classes seemed like a perfect balance between strength, balance and flexibility. In addition, they correct you individually but at the same time they let you flow. I also discovered the Vinyasa Krama and its teacher Nerea, who made me very curious from the beginning and you leave your classes happy. Super recommended! I would also love to point out that they both behaved 10 with me, always super friendly and outstanding and they were especially grateful at a time when it was "rare" to return to normal for everyone. The room is beautiful, super clean (especially with the Covid theme this was important), and with many details and care. They also have ideal Yoga material in case you are missing something or you want to buy something (the brands they had were very good, and it is good because you can try it on, since many of the brands are well known but are foreign and you do not have how to try them ). Also with regard to rates and hours they are super flexible and have all kinds of combinations for both those who live there and those who are passing through. Finally, I'll take the classes that we were able to give outdoors in the days with good weather (attached photo) that I found incredible! Keep it up girls, see you when I get back to Zarautz !!!

I approach to practice twice a week. Yoga has been a great discovery for me, and in this place they have a great variety of teachers and classes. There are classes every weekend.
