The change machine does give change, I have not been able / knew how to pay the service with a credit / debit card and the message to withdraw your card came out, the washing prices for a 10 kg adora are 6 euros, I think normal, the place has chairs and music to liven up the wait for the laundry, my laundry has come out well washed and with a pleasant clean smell

Very poor service. The machines don't work properly. They do not return change, if you have entered extra money they do not return it. The change machine is also stuck and it keeps the money that you have entered and when you call the attention phone the answer is that at the earliest until the next day or early next week they will call you to fix it, and the latter remains to be seen . After running out of coins, I went to pay for the tumble dryer with a card, but it doesn't work either. In addition, the place is dirty and neglected, the rubbers of the washing machines are dirty and old, it is difficult to put clothes inside and even more to sit on the seats because they are filthy. A place to wash and dry your clothes that are very dirty, soil full of animal hair, plant debris and lint. If you drop something on the floor to wash again. Washing machines also dirty, black mold rubber. It will be self-service but someone should take care of the maintenance. Unfortunately this establishment used by many people in Zarautz.
