I took the car to fix a window regulator. They temporarily left my window closed and locked until it was fixed the next day. They said they were calling me the next day and I'm still waiting. Well, it turns out that the first pothole I took with the car the window fell suddenly and the glass broke. I decided to forget the issue and fix the fault myself, just looking for parts in scrap yards. I did not claim damages. And, beware, they have always been very friendly and attentive. And other times I have not had any problems.
