I called to ask for a quote to change tires (I have changed there since I have a motorcycle) this time they tell me that I have to stop by with the technical sheet and pay 30% in advance ... I live 30Km ... I am a customer of the dealer years ago, my motorcycle was Honda ... I wanted to fit the same tires of the last 3 previous times .... and they told me that the protocol now is this ..... It is a pity that an official Honda dealer treat customers like this . I suppose they will have their reasons, but no one has time to spare and if they need to be paid a down payment, they should look for an alternative while also thinking of others ...
Very disappointed. I went to have a noise on the handlebars checked and after 2 and a half hours waiting, not only did they not solve it but they charged me 86 euros to tighten the chain and check the noise. I have passed the reviews there in 2020, in Blas de Otero 2019 (I have an invoice) and in Bizkaia motorcycles that I understand was absorbed by Ortasa and they did not even know the motorcycle despite having Honda plus. I have tried to make a claim to have this abuse explained to me through the web but they have no option to do so.nVery disappointed in the lack of professionalism and traceability of the database.
