I went to make some wicks and I did not like how they were left for being too artificial, so a couple of days later I returned to get it fixed and what they did was put on a shade to darken the hair that is removed with the washes. I didn't go out happy any of the 2 times. Also, the second time they charged me € 22 more. Very unprofessional
