Good experience in general, they are serious, good service, although prices in my opinion expensive.

We have been unlucky with this company and the person we dealt with promised us compensation that we later failed to honor. As we were the first tenants of the season, we asked if we could enter the apartment between 11:30 and 12:00, to which the person responsible told us that without a problem (I am aware that the standard check-in time is at 16, but we agreed to enter earlier). The day before arriving at the apartment I had to write at around 5pm to have arrival information. Since around 22 I do not receive any reply, I try to contact by phone, but I cannot. Finally I receive a reply, alleging that I had had a busy day (it is understood). The next day, already on the way, he asks us when we arrive because he has to run an errand. When we already warn that we are close to arriving, it warns us that it will be a little late. We come from a 4 and a half hour trip with children. Once we arrive, we have to wait about 15 minutes for him to finally call me saying there has been a misunderstanding and the apartment is not ready. Finally we entered the same about 2 hours late compared to the time agreed the previous day. In principle it would have been an understandable failure that can happen to anyone and we would have accepted the apology without compensation. However, it came out of him to offer us the day of departure to be able to leave after lunch instead of at 10 o'clock. He told me, anyway, by Covid protocol, there had to be 24 hours between one client and the next. Obviously, commenting on this to the children, delighted to be able to be on the beach one more morning. However, when I contact him in the middle of the week to confirm that we can leave later, he tells me that he is sorry but it is impossible. That new clients enter that same day that we leave us (and the Covid protocol?). Finally, the only thing he offers me is to leave at 12 instead of 10, which is no use to us, since to get home to eat we finally left the apartment at 10:30. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth, especially the unfulfilled promise, not so much the wait of 2 hours to enter that was due to a mistake that can happen to anyone. As for the apartment itself, it has a huge terrace with great views of the sea. However, it needs a general overhaul (furniture in poor condition, a wardrobe door that cannot be moved, a bathroom shower head that lowers itself, little water pressure in the shower ...). The kitchen is a bit small (you can see in the photos) if you like to cook and the utensils are a little fair (only 3 cups of breakfast, there were 4 of us, and few dishes, which requires constant washing). No breakfast bowls, key to kids breakfast. Upon arrival we had no frying pans or coffee maker, although he took them to us that same afternoon, along with a new clothesline. In short, an experience a little shattered by the broken promise. Regards.

We have been a couple of times (for some reason we have repeated) and we have been very well. Juan very attentive. The house has everything you need and we love the location. It is also a very nice and quiet urbanization.

We have been relaxing with this agency every year for 4 years in a row. There have never been any problems, Everything is clear, without delay. The apartment is clean, bright, the location and view are simply gorgeous, there is everything you need down to the smallest detail. At the entrance we were immediately told that if something is missing, we can contact.

We stayed in the Catamaran Apartment in June. The formidable apartment, we greatly enjoy the large terrace and the proximity to the beach. Also add that the deal with Juan was excellent, we had a last minute setback and thanks to him we were able to finish the holidays without a bad taste. Thanks for everything !
