An entire experience. I went with my son to a workshop and we learned how to make delicious pastries. A place with well-kept facilities and very good teachers.

My nephew made her birthday there and they assembled everything with great taste and cleanliness. They had a great time! Super idea for a 12-year-old girl's birthday! The treatment was super good, all facilities! In fact, we have given this Christmas a cooking voucher for the whole family.

We did a Peruvian cooking course and the truth is that the organization for the preparation of the dishes was chaotic, the choice of them left much to be desired as well as their preparation and pertinent explanation. The products chosen to make these dishes could not be less Peruvian. Of course, as soon as you know about Peruvian cuisine, that course was a real shame and waste of time. And to top it all, the not inconsiderable figure of € 50 was paid !!! 50 eurazos to eat chicken, potato and sea bass. Quite a business if people sneak in. It should be noted that the DE BOTE red chili (sold in El Corte Inglés) was what left us the best gastronomic sensation of the night.

I participated in a class in August 2020, Asian cooking.nThe experience itself was entertaining. With what we cooked I had a very good dinner and they offered wine / sake to accompany the dishes.nBut as for cooking classes, it left to be desired. I personally did not learn anything. It didn't seem to me that the instructor had any real intention of teaching, but rather that the dishes came out. In short, it could be recommended as an activity and for dinner (I see it too expensive), but not as a class.nnMore details:nDue to the covid format, we couldn't see up close what the teacher was doing. In groups of 2/3 we came to help with the preparation of a dish. Most of the steps to perform I did not get to see them.nThey sent us a PDF with the recipes before class. But in each dish, there was at least one ingredient that the teacher used that was not in the recipe. You had to be careful to target it on your own. When I asked him about it (several times), the professor refused to admit that there were disparities.nIf you know English, any of these dishes is learned better, and more authentic, on YouTube or in a cookbook.
