You have to place your order between 08:00-12:00, then it can be picked up before 3pm. (You also need to advise them when you want to pick it up.) I was in Valencia for a week. Don't speak Spanish. I emailed Paellas Velarte both in English and Spanish (thank you, Google translate!). They got back to me super fast. I was able to order a single portion paella from them. I had traditional Valencian paella with chicken. It was delicious! I would like to try their seafood paella next time!

Be aware: you have to order in advance! We were luckily enough to order for lunch and get it for lunch! We did not quite understand the process and not being about to speak Spanish it was a little hard to order. I thought there would be more food, but the price was decent for the amount of food you got. The food was a bit salty in my opinion, but had decent flavor. I expected better from this being a well known place for paella. I would say give it a try, but there are many other places around!

We had a single order to go. The service was great, the people are friendly and professional, and the paella is simply amazing and affordable. Well worth the trip. But it is take out, so bring a fork and relax in the park. It was better than the sit in restaurant we went to earlier. They are very fast, friendly, and affordable! I highly recommend for a quick takeout, a birthday party or family gathering, or a large party of 50 or more people. Let Paellas Valarte do the work for you. You wont be disappointed.

Best paella ever taste! Need to order it before 9am, pick up lunch time. Not many choices but all delicious!
