FATAL. I wore a dress that I loved to be washed and ironed a year ago. As I only wear it for special occasions yesterday I took it out of its case for a communion and what was my surprise when I saw that it had iron marks in 2 different areas. The day they returned it, they did not inform me of this, in addition to the fact that the price was higher than that of any dry cleaner. Since a year has passed and I have not saved the ticket, it is impossible to make a claim, but of course I will never return.
