I have been using Mr. Jeff for the last 6 months and little by little my clothes have been losing. It has reached a point where it is evident that I am missing a lot of clothes. I'm missing T-shirts, boxers and socks.nnAdditionally, the clothes are deteriorating faster than normal, it must be the way of drying, which has also shrunk my pants.nMy customer feedback is the following:nn1. They have to keep track of the garments they receive. (Register a number)nn2. They have to give the option of the type of washing to implement. (Not just industrial)nn3. They have to give options of the type of drying to implement. (Not only with dryer)nn4. They should give detergent and fabric softener alternatives.nnThis feedback, not necessarily with its implementation, would entail a higher cost for the company. They can offer a premium branch in which one can choose these types of details, which in the long term is what generates customer retention.nnOn my own I already requested the application to cancel my subscription and compensation for the clothes that have been lost.nn* It is not a cheap service, so that this is frequent.nnI am also surprised by the good digital marketing team they have. Modifying negative comments on Google to maintain your rating is impressive.
