I took my wedding dress to Delianet to have it cleaned before putting it away. My big surprise was when, when I went to pick it up, I found the employees sewing the lining of my wedding dress because the fabric of the skirt had shrunk and the lining had grown too large. Even though they had proof that something was wrong, they were unable to recognize their mistake. They said that this had never happened to them and that they did not know that would happen, which left a lot to be desired for their professionalism. I told her manager that if she was not clear how to treat that fabric, she should have called me and would have taken me to another site, but she still did not assume her mistake, always claiming that in the course she did they told her that It was like that. As she is not going to take measures to compensate for this, I will take the dress to a laboratory to demonstrate the mistake they made, since it is a haute couture dress that has not been acted correctly, changing the shape of the fabric, texture and even color.
