Every time I take my pet there, the vet prescribes things like malt, vitamin, etc. Although I have at home and top brand. They don't even ask me, they just prepare it and pay. Last time I took my cat to be neutered and I called to ask for an appointment. After the operation they charge me more than what they said. The explanation was: what we said over the phone was a simple blood test and we did a full test. All right, without asking again. And if a complete analysis was necessary, I do not understand why he recommended a simple over the phone. I cannot say that they are bad vets as the operation and other treatments did not go wrong. But he is too eager to keep every last coin in your pocket. That makes me feel bad. I have since switched to another vet and so far I am happy.
