This store loses a lot due to the lack of kindness of the employees that work here. I went to make a return with all the clothes in their original packages and conditions and the girl asked me if I had tried the earrings, I told her that I had tried one and that I did not like it, so she started telling me that she could not return it because she did not You can try the earrings, I bought them online and there is no information that indicates that. I asked him to give me the letter that said you could not prove the earrings and he did not give it to me because that does not exist. Then his excuse was that the product was not in its original package, which was not true, the other employee came from nowhere without having heard conversa to say that his colleague was right. Total that I went and made the return online without any problem! These types of people do not do business any favors. I will not go back to this store anymore.
