I bought an Adidas dress online during the quarantine which I returned to the shop on June 1st. There were customers not respecting the social distancing rules and the shop assistants said NOTHING. No consideration for customer safety!nAlso the refund still hasn't gone into my bank account a month later, despite the shop assistant saying it should be there in 10 days.nThat said, I bought some leggings back in December and the service was fantastic so hopefully it's just complicated with Covid-19 and will improve again soon
I will not return ... I ordered some slippers on December 12, the boy told me that it took about 10 days. I go 2 weeks later and he tells me that they will not be there until after kings, that they cannot return my money until the shoes arrive and that I have to wait for myself ... I do not recommend this store at all.
Terrible attention, nefarious treatment.nI will not buy from this store again.
I bought some sneakers in the store on December 14 and they sent them home to me. We are on January 11 and I am still without shoes and call the contact phone and they do not pick up.
Shameful. I will not come back.nLittle professionalism
