This was one of the few stores open on New Years Day so we wandered in there like many other tourists. We bought some gift items and provided our passport information for tax refund. However, when we tried to process our tax refund at the Madrid International Airport, the QR code on the receipt turned out to be invalid! Regardless of whether these guys deliberately or unintentionally messed up our tax refund paperwork, we ended up losing about 21% of the price paid, or the amount of tax refund due for the purchase. It was not a good shopping experience.
