Good treatment but lack of professionalism; for example, they asked me to send documents by whatsapp to a number that does not have whatsapp. They also told me that they would contact me the same day, but I still have no news 2 days later.

I contacted them by chance, they assured me the car and after a few months I suffered an accident and the insurance company wanted to give the vehicle a total accident. Thanks to the management of the brokerage, in the end they repaired the car that was what I wanted, since then I have entrusted all my insurance.
