The operators of this funeral services company tried yesterday afternoon to confuse and scam the relatives of Rafael Higuera Higuera, who died in the Nuestra Señora de la Salud hospital in Toledo. We hope they find out who they were so that it does not happen again.

Bad very bad. Without entering into other assessments, it is very unfortunate that after having lost a family member, with all that entails for a family, information about the status of the documents is requested by telephone and the answer is to call a relative a liar of the deceased and hang up the phone with the word in his mouth. After calling the switchboard again, nobody wants to call. I want to thank this kind worker of the San Román funeral home for their empathy at this time for families. This worker, not yet wanting to identify, it is easy to know who he is because of his difficulty in language that makes it very difficult to understand him on the phone. I imagine that José María San Román will know what worker I am referring to.
