Disappointed is not enough ... I paid 1500 with a card for a treatment and my daughter's device. Once I paid ... everything wrong when they gave me an appointment was for a simple plaster and I spent 2 hours there every month an appointment and on top of it I went and not a shame dentist

They gave appointments to people knowing that they were going to close, without access to medical records and when it worked not much better since the orthodontist decided to leave, they gave us a new one that he visited 2 times in more than six months. I have been paying for more than a year to have gone to about six braces check-ups in which most of them only changed my garters and sent me home, total abandonment. They can now reopen that I will not return even if they pay me

I don't know how they get new customers, if when you go they ignore you.nI had been with the appointment for days and when we arrived we had to wait a long time (I understand it here because each client needs some time).nThey kindly do the x-ray and leave me waiting (I was half an hour late)nAfter a while I ask a boy that if he can tell me what I have left, since I have another appointment later, he enters an office (inside was a fellow of him scolding loudly with a client for the payment of a service) and instead of going out to tell me if they were going to take time or I don't know how to stay inside and I kept waiting.nnOf course, highlight the kindness of the reception girl who if she bothered to come down, ask and give me an answer, later apologizing.nWhen I indicated that I still had some time, I obviously decided to leave and not hire an orthodontic treatment that was my intention.nAdd that although I had been with my date for days, a young girl has arrived first and then another lady and they have said that if they could look at them a little thing (they went without an appointment) and have attended them before, so I do not understand why you have to Ask for appointments then.

A fantastic deal. From the first appointment the doctor who attended me knew how to understand my needs and not like in other places that just want to sell you the motorcycle. I am very happy with them. The only downside I put to them is that the site has a very austere decoration and made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
