Unpresentable and without formality. I called on June 15 to book an appointment at 09:00 for hair and makeup for a wedding I was invited to on August 8, they told me no problem and they booked me the appointment. They called me on August 6 at 7:30 p.m. to tell me that the makeup was not going to be possible, that only the hairstyle ... 1 day and a half after the wedding they did this to me ... How unprofessional !! Of shame !!!!

Unprofessional They put me some 20 minutes in the mud (the first of my life) when I saw that my hair had not taken color I told the hairdressers and they told me it was normal, that the gray hair would be covered with more applications ... later I found out That minimum should have been an hour and a half with it on.
Embarrassed, I asked that they give me light to my face, that they clarify the root a little and that it be as natural as possible (I am brown) and they left my hair literally orange, I asked that they clarify me and they did not fix anything, it continues the same or worst...
