3 hours to file a complaint and there were only 2 more people waiting, unheard of, they put us off until we got tired.
After being violently attacked in Salou, my partner and I tried to file a report there but they only laughed at us and it was not possible to file the report because they manipulated the events we described. A shame. We have had to go to another police station in another city.
I called them for a robbery in my second home that I have in Salou.nImpressive speed of response, before 15 minutes they were in my home to see what happened.nThey explained perfectly the steps that I had to follownI have a daughter and as they saw that I was very worried they talked to her to reassure her it was amazing.nI don't remember their names of that couple that came but I sincerely thank them.nThe next day we approached the police station and the deal was amazing.nThank you very much to this body you are prepared for everything.
We called because they had robbed us at home and they did not show up, we had to go to the party area, look for a mossos car and warn them to come, sorry
