Long waiting time, a lot of line at the door, you can tell that they do it well. The ribeye very good, although we hoped that being in the Pyrenees they would have it from an old cow.

The best butcher shop you can visit. Genre of great quality, everything is good, the lamb, the chicken burgers, ternasco and veal are spectacular, also the sausages and the skewers. Almost everyone buys lamb, it is of category. In summer or holidays there is a line but they go fast. It is worth waiting for. It's a show to see how they cut the meat, they are great teachers. The pity is that they do not ship online, but we would make purchases periodically.
