We went to ask for a price for 2 refurbished Iphone 7 plus, the clerk told us that it cost € 469 each and we decided to buy them, he told us that in order to order them we had to deposit a deposit of € 50 for each terminal and we did so. After 10 days of waiting I receive a call and it tells me that you have made a mistake in the price and that the new amount is € 535 per phone. When going to the store to see what had happened, he refuses to accept his error and to hand over the claim sheet alleging that he has to consult with his lawyer. Poor experience, I do not want to imagine the after-sales attention of this establishment considering its arrogant attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

A store that sells cell phones, cases, gadgets. They have their own technical service and the one that fixes the mobiles is a crack and they are great

At first very good attention and what I thought were very good prices. Later I realized that at good prices nothing, because other stores give you the same services or products at better prices and not with it worse treatment. To me the problem arose when after buying a mobile phone with a high price I was surprised that after three months or less it could not last the battery for two hours. When I take it to have it replaced by warranty, they refused and wanted to charge me saying that the battery does not come under warranty. After searching and informing me, I knew that a battery has a minimum of 6 months warranty. If it fails before you have to change it. Result, they continued to refuse. Not only happy with that, change the screen with them. Apple original screen or so they claimed. Same problems. According to what they gave me, it had a blue dot that was only seen with the black screen, I did not want to give it more importance, but in a short time it expanded quite a bit. Your solution? More excuses of course.nIn short, it is surely a good place to buy a pen drive or a casing ofnMobile if you need it at the same time, but surely it is not a good place to buy something that costs a lot of money and may need a guarantee from them. A smile is not always synonymous with good treatment :)
