They came to fix a breakdown but it turns out that the breakdown was in the switchboard of the town. Well, they went there and the technician told me that he would let me know when he fixed a Dslam problem. After 2 days I called them to see how the breakdown was going and they told me that my number was not in the incident that I called 1002. I talked to my father to talk to Montelnor and as my father told him that he suddenly denounced them They told us what happened that they could not fix it and that it made him move from Madrid, something that they did not tell me when I called them and told me that there was no registered incident to that telephone number. So be very careful because in this company there is a worker who does not take care of people properly and gives you long but hearing the word denounces wakes up and tells you the truth of things.
