I do not know why the bad comment ... I entered at 10:45 and at 10:50 I already have the process completed. From the security at the door to the young lady who attended me, they were very professional, fast and at all times they were very helpful with the papers and forms to contribute. These are the type of offices that the citizen needs .. a lot of solutions with a big smile .. very good this office I wish they were more like this one !!!

Tails are created too long, too little staff attending by a window, no matter what time you go you have to catch a lucky day so that this half empty, usually is always very full and very long lines are created because they have very little staff attending the window, they only have one girl, the rest do not attend more than specific cases

If you go there well but the phone for a consultation does not take it and they make you go there and I do not think so. There are 3 or 4 workers and all are not attending so one at least to answer the phone.
