Bad management and no intelligence to solve non-standard problems. Nefarious treatment by staff who forget that their privileges are greater than those of the rest of the population. Slow processing and inefficient and unintelligent staff. It's scary to think that people like this are the ones who have to go if you really have a serious problem.

At the beginning, at the counter, the boy who attended me today, Monday, 11/23 at around 8:00 p.m., did the least to understand what I needed, some nefarious ways of speaking, an arrogant treatment, offensive ways of gesturing, a degrading treatment, then in complaints I was attended by a serious, respectful and professional person as it should be, very grateful for their work.
