Exceptional work that they do in this police station despite the more than apparent lack of resources and limited space in the building. Professionalism and very humane treatment of the citizen that makes me feel proud to pay my taxes.
It is incredible how bad it works, even with a prior appointment to renew your ID and passport you can spend an hour waiting. I don't know what the appointment is the truth. I do not know why they are not better organized and avoid waiting in such a necessary procedure. The previous times we renewed at the Coslada police station and there they are exquisitely punctual we have never had to wait.

To shame 3 hours waiting to make a complaint and it turns out that the system crashed, without notifying anything, more than 2 hours waiting outside the police station in the sunbeam
