The truth is that they do not evolve, I have given them several opportunities as a pharmacy and they are a ROMERIA, the owner was talking on the phone with her partner or whoever it was and she did not answer me, while I hoped that she was in a bit of a hurry. In the end I was able to buy what I wanted but taking much longer than it should take to run an errand like this.nnI would tell you that you are the one who is a few meters further ahead in Soto del Henares, they are more professional and work better.

Today is my second visit to this pharmacy, since yesterday I ordered a shampoo for which I had a prescription and asked for some dental floss, especially for braces, and the shop assistant (a lady already with experience) told me that she had never seen that before. I paid € 4 for a classic dental floss that today has detached the retainer ...nNot enough with this, I have gone to pick up my shampoo and I have asked another younger lady for this dental floss, and as I expected, there they had it ... I have felt cheated and I do not think that this woman will return my money or pay the dentist.nI work with the public and the number 1 rule is not to deceive the client and if something is unknown, it is not lied or invented, it is consulted.nnI find it embarrassing on the part of this lady who by appearance seemed to have experience.nnI recommend the one that is a few meters ahead (Soto del Henares area) they are very majestic and much more attentive.

Very nice. If someone is looking for a pharmacy to make earrings for their baby, I recommend it, they made them perfect for my daughter!

I do not recommend this pharmacy or by any means, the treatment is totally unfortunate, they were wrong with the change and they always give you back. Not to mention that I saw how they treated poorly an elderly person who could have been my mother. I personally and respectfully advise to go to much better ones in Torrejón
