A company shame! Unpresentable, they are wrong, it takes months and on top of that there is no apology. I do not recommend working with this company. Their workers, both those who come home and those who call, speak with arrogance.
They are so unprofessional, that I ask for a quote and after more than 1 week and having rewritten them to see if they already had it (also without receiving an answer) I am still waiting. As to hire them, better find another

Obviously the budget is saved for you with your education, and of course I will not be the only client, I feel sorry for the rest, the only thing I did after a week without an answer was to ask if they had much left, at no time did I demand anything or a lot less. I hope they have a job since no education. Good luck to the customers.
