I called them last year to locate my equipment leak and recharge the gas. Their assessment was that the equipment did not leak, they refilled gas, they charged € 203 and this year I am again without gas.nEveryone is worth charging gas, but it doesn't seem to repair leaks.nSolution: repair myself, charge gas, and if it doesn't go well, call someone else or change equipmentnIt should also be said that the telephone budget (indicating the model of the equipment and type of gas) was lower and I accepted it, and later, charged me more.

Two years ago we had the air conditioning. We are no longer happy with the treatment and work at that time but for more inri they have tightened too many threads of the installation and the gases are gone. Now we face a very expensive repair because of it. Of course, it hasn't even occurred to us to call them to solve it

An incredible lack of professionalism, they stay with you to make an installation and they forget, when you call them to make an appointment for the next day they tell you it can't be, they tell you to look for someone else and they hang up the phone
