Very polite and exquisite attention. I stopped going to another one in Loranca specifically to Farmacia Central because of the very bad treatment of the client but in Farmacia Valenzuela they treat you great and with a lot of patience

They are great professionals, very friendly and concerned about their clients. When they have not had the medication available, they have asked for it and the next day, first thing in the morning, they received it, even sometimes, coming to notify me by means of an SMS.

It is a shame that with the situation that is being experienced, they DO NOT have the masks provided by the Community of Madrid, I have gone two different days to look for them and the second time they have told me that there were ALREADY no masks in Loranca. Before my query when they are going to bring me they have told me that they are SOLD OUT.
