La veterinaria que tiene ahora me parece muy buena profesional, te explica todo bastante claro con un vocabulario sencillo para poder entender bien sino eres del gremio.
A first class veterinary clinic, fantastic and pleasant treatment, great professionalism and knowledge and everything explained great.
Very good attention and very kind the xicss
Great deal, very good price.
Disgusting customer service, in addition to having to wait almost 1 hour the two times that I have gone with my dog (by appointment). The clinic is very small and I understand that with the Covid situation it is not easy for them to manage the people at the reception, but I had to wait in the car so that my dog did not get cold, and having told me that they warned me to enter, They have passed another person (both to the clinic and to be treated) under my nose, giving me as an explanation that we are treated by different people and that the lady's cat is stressed in the street.nnOn the one hand, if they cannot cover so many consultations, it would be much more productive not to press them so much so as not to have us waiting so long (on the street, in the car), and thus be attended without waiting for 1 hour, which all they do is play against them as people leave with the feeling of having been served with a long delay.nnAnd on the other hand, customer service, from my personal experience, has not been anything pleasant or recommended for me: the first time (when I went to leave my dog to be neutered, a complicated situation for both him and me), They asked me what my dog's name was when they were already taking him on the leash, holding in their hands the form of all the data previously filled in by me, which they had obviously ignored and without having the least touch towards an animal that is going to be operated on. They then asked me to leave the clinic so that the next one could enter; and this last one (since I am not going to return), after having had to wait almost 1 hour and having seen someone else go to consult in front of me, they did not even have the decency to apologize (for the long wait and for not have respected the queue).nnAh! And finally, they have a cat that lives in the clinic, that is, that is loose around the counter and reception. It goes without saying that this is totally unnecessary, considering the amount of stressful situations that can occur with dogs (in my case a greyhound, with all its hunting instincts) or even with other cats. What need to have a loose cat in a veterinary clinic? An obviously crazy idea.nnIn this review, which is in fact the first one that I do, I am leaving aside the more purely technical plane, but it really matters little to me if the treatment of both customers and their pets is like the one I have experienced. I have launched a review and I have extended myself so much because I wanted to justify and give a good explanation about my opinion about this veterinary. If something I cannot tolerate is poor customer service, and clearly we (my dog and I) have experienced it in this clinic to which we will definitely not return.nn** I add this subsection after a couple of weeks to confirm that, regardless of the care received, the neutering operation was executed correctly and my dog has recovered without problem (I wrote the review the same day of the intervention so I could not talk about results).
