Very good yoga center in Fuenlabrada besides Miguel is a crack teaching only with hearing his voice and you relax
I could say that it is one of the best schools of Yoga and meditation. The teacher who teaches classes has been studying yoga and its practice for years. It shows all that experience and studies you have when you receive classes. They are really wonderful classes that make you connect with your pampering and it takes you in each asana to discover how your body responds and to know how far you can go without pain or demand. You can always count on him to ask any questions or curiosity about yoga and meditation, help with your personal practice and with any difficulty you have, he will always give you alternatives.
