Excellent attention by all staff, especially ID. After reading the comments before going to the appointment, I thought it would be catastrophic and it turned out otherwise. Both my family and myself have been treated in the best possible way. I don't put more stars because you can't ... I wish we all recognized your great work!

For now, fatal. I have an appointment to obtain a DNI. I have called the telephone number that appears and have asked to speak to the citizen with two queries. I have received no response. Then I have called the National Police to request the same information and it did not take even ten seconds to take the call and answer it with absolute clarity. A ten for the CUS National Police. A zero for the others.

I have contacted the center by telephone twice, and both have attended me immediately and have presented themselves in 5 minutes where they were told. Very attentive, both by phone and in person.

A lousy place, a horrific attention by the DNI and Passport officials and by the National Police. I do not recommend anyone to go. They treat immigrants with kicks. They do not work (there are 12 tables and 3 officials) who are absent as they please 1:30 a.m. to have coffee knowing there is work. It breaks a printer and it takes 3 hours to fix it and the 3 officials go to look at the printer without having any idea how to fix it by wasting everyone's time (they are real incompetent). They are rude, people without touch ... Finally I do not recommend anyone step on this site for any procedure at all having Mostoles next door or any other option. If it were a private company they would all be in the street.
