They do not want to make a return of pacifiers that are unopened and they give you as an excuse that pharmacies do not make changes and even less with the situation of the covid. It gives me that it is for malpractice. The girls they serve are very nice, they only act under the orders of the pharmacy. Like any business, THEY ARE REQUIRED BY LAW to make a return and by law they should also have access to people with reduced mobility enabled. They simply must have an outlet with someone from the City Council to continue having that access and selling with those policies.

Fatal attention for not having changed some pacifiers that they sold me and it turns out that there was another numbering that I bought them in another pharmacy, she informed me that there were NO more numbers

Apart from having poor access for people with mobility problems ... I ordered pacifiers for my baby the other day from my husband (I can't leave the house with the pandemic because I have an autoimmune disease) there was a mistake, I don't know if due to a problem of understanding between both parties ... The fact is that now I have two pacifiers that I have not even reached or removed from their bag, much less open the package in which they come, since they are latex and I have an allergy to that material. Now due to the situation in which our country is in due to the covid-19, the change is not made for silicone pacifiers. And we have thrown away the money (of which it is not now that we are left over with a global pandemic) with pacifiers that I am not even going to open because I cannot manipulate them.nI put two stars instead of one, because at least they have good business hours.
