Totally positive experience and 100% recommended, I booked an Audi A5 the same week that the state of alarm was decreed and I didn't have the car until July. It is imported and had to have the paperwork that is due and because of the pandemic it could not be done, but Andres informed me at all times. Today the car is perfect and it has not had any fault, I am from Tarragona and I recommend them whenever the subject comes up.
My experience has been completely positive. In particular, thanks to Andres for his professionalism and dedication, he has answered all my questions clearly, quickly and sincerely and has sent me all the information he needs. Nice to meet professionals like this
Very bad after sales. They sold me a van without a copy of the original key, nor a key to the water tank that I had to request several times and that I was finally able to obtain. In addition, the van had a breakdown in the air conditioning of 400 euros that they never paid me even though I claimed them on multiple occasions and being under warranty (which by the way, never came). After almost 4 years I still hope that they will respond to the multiple emails in which I asked to be able to solve the issue of air conditioning. I do not recommend it.
I'm the guy from Hyundai tuscani, I loved the car, thanks for everything, I'll take it to Portugal.
