Good professionals and good care for your pet. Unless you go for a specific thing, it is advisable to have a policy with them especially if you have to do a regular follow-up. The prices are similar to those of the rest of the clinics

Sadly I put 1 star and why doesn't it leave me 0. We have 2 dogs that as soon as they finish the health plan they will stop visiting the clinic.nWhat I want to show is that beyond the disease that the dog that we adopted them probably already had (they told us she was healthy) they have nailed us but well in tests, analytics, medications, etc. for months and they have not been able to give us a diagnosis. On the other hand, seeking a second opinion at the Complutense de Madrid, in 1 month they have given us solutions and answers.nDraw your own conclusions, but where before I was delighted by the deal, so far in 2020 we have realized that the service has worsened, they never give appointments in the afternoon and above all they always take tests to charge something if you have the Wellness Plan.nThis will be reviewed by the College of Veterinarians.

We were very disappointed. Since despite having a health plan for our pet. 3n the time to need good care. To see a professional concerned about his patient ... the only thing we saw and found were people concerned about charging. Hadta why our pet will enter there .. very bad service ... too bad.

I took my cat for an analysis and specified over the phone that it is a cat with a special condition. Well, when I arrived, the vet told me that, due to her special condition, another type of test had to be done (more expensive, of course) and I told her that the receptionist had not told me over the phone and she answered that the receptionist is not veterinary (neither do I, let's remember ...). You also have to pay a consultation (almost 30 euros more) to explain the results of the analytics, which should be included, logically, within the price of the analytics that are already more than 60 euros.nConclusion, before it was a great clinic that cared about animals and their well-being (I know it first hand) and now they have become very nickel-worthy ... They take money from you even for breathing.

I was there the other day to find out about my new pet and a very nice curly girl attended me and she explained the health plan they have very well and very kindly, so I will not hesitate to take my pets there!
