Exorbitant prices and bad company policy. I have purchased a custom made product and I was wrong. Hours later, and without opening the product packaging, I have tried to return it for the money it cost. They tell me that since they are intimate products they cannot be exchanged. When I asked you for a claim sheet, I was offered up to three times a voucher to spend in the store.nWhat incongruity not? Ok yes, money back no. Regrettable.
