They came home, repaired a garage door, in less than a month it failed again. I've been trying for a week to have it repaired and nothing. I have called several times they agreed to call me after two days I called again and nothing to tell me when they can come to solve it. They answer the phone when they want and never give you a visit date. I recommend that you do not use this company

Unfortunately the service was not very good. They are kind and such but I left a garage remote that worked a bit wrong but it worked on a Monday or Tuesday and they told me that they would call me the next day. On Friday I had to go directly because they did not pick up the phone or call and the remote was removed but not touched. After waiting a long time for them to try to repair it, I had to go and wait for them to call me when they were there. The following week I had to go back because they still did not call, when I arrived to my surprise they had already looked at it but apparently had no solution, the problem is that they left it worse than before since it worked partially and after passing through their hands it stopped working completely.nnPretty bummed with the process.
