Great box for a visit to wine country. Very flexible and welcoming owner.nA bit difficult to find, but once there the facilities are outstanding with everything you would expect from a box.nnVisited CrossFit Logrono in July of 2019.

I was so greateful to Raul for his warm welcome. His gym is an amazing space with everything you could possibly need. He was happy for me to do my own programming whilst his CrossFit class was going on at the same time (space is definitely not an issue!)nI wish I'd had more time in Logroño to enjoy his gym, and the wine!nnYou're welcome at Engine Room if ever you come to London!

A crossfit box like it should be.nnWelcomed by the headcoach, gentle people inside, great CrossFit community.nThe box in itself is huge and also have a strongman area with monstrous tires/ fat bars/ etc.nIf you enjoy CrossFit and are near the spot you should definitely drop in!nPlus, the drop in prices is far from crazy!!nnDon't hesitate!
