Old Torreón Palace of the Pernía family from the 16th century, transformed into a small Cepeda ethnographic museum, located in the town of Otero de Escarpizo. It contains a collection of writings, archaeological remains, farm implements, and belongings used by the inhabitants of this region dedicated mostly to agricultural work. Talks, temporary exhibitions, and conferences related to Cepeda are also offered. The reconstruction of this palace as a center of culture in Cepeda was an endeavor by local artist Benito Escarpizo.
