I bought a cheslong and between the sofa and the corner there is a difference of 2cm.
The representative of the sofa says that it is normal and Valentin has to come to see him.
Neither one nor the other is interested in finding the solution.
If I wait for Mercasofa, I'm fine.

Good treatment and good attention. Terrible in terms of service .. In February we ordered a simple shelf, after repeated complaints today, 5 months later we have no news or reply about it ...
I have to admit that I had never been to this furniture store, and I have been impressed with the great variety they have, of great quality and a very, very good price.
But the best of all has been the treatment of the staff who attended us.
The customer service is really impressive.
