I was a mother for the first time. I took childbirth training classes at the Albisu Physiotherapy Center and they have been incredibly helpful to me in the childbirth process. The pain during dilation was very bearable thanks to the exercises and postures learned in class, both individually and in pairs. I also prepared the perineal area for the expulsive phase and learned different pushing techniques. To all this I have had a nice and clean left birth process. Highly recommended.
