They are a week late in fixing the car, I call 5 times and they tell me that the people in charge are busy and that they will call me, they do not call, I go there to be informed of the delay and ask for a courtesy car they tell me that they are all busy that I'm on the waiting list and I see that they have three at the door, anyway ...
This workshop is a total desestre, I do not recommend to anyone, they have been 4 months so they would call me to give me a budget and they never call me, I have gone 5 times myself, always cheap, nothing formal and they do not have a direct number to call if you I recommend the Nissan workshop in Eibar. Very effective, unbeatable attention, they have solved my problem but that of oyarzun is not worth a peseta panda of liars
The truth is that an attention that leaves much to be desired. With how well they had always treated us in Donosti, now a lot of local but .... trying to make an appointment for the review was quite an odyssey, they did not return my calls. Once taken to the appointment, or call you to pick it up. We have a lot of installation but very little attention.
I like it, more accessible than that of Irún and Donosti. Although they take longer to attend. It is normal because a rate x is calculated per customer but it is indicative .....
