It is the third time that I go with the car to have a noise in the transmission cleared up. They haven't been able to tell me where it comes from. They told me that I can be the one to cause it. I worry that the problem will escalate and that later no one will be held responsible. They have not given me any assistance paper, or anything that certifies that I have been there three times with the aforementioned noise. At least in this way, I record it.
The two stars I give them for the good commercial (Edu) they have. For the rest, they leave much to be desired. I bought a new car 4 months ago, and almost half have been in the workshop for a problem that they do not find with it. I'll have to take it back to the workshop ...
DAY 3 OCTOBER, I HAVE AN ACCIDENT, I TAKE MY VEHICLE A NISSAN NV 200 TO GAURSA OYARZUN, THE INSURANCE GIVES ME A CLAIM, BUT I REQUEST A BUDGET FOR REPAIR, THEY SEND IT TO ME ON NOVEMBER 26, BOY TO GAURSA OYARZUN AND SEE MY VEHICLE THEY HAVE REMOVED THE KILOMETER COUNT AND A FEW PARTS OF THE ENGINE FOR ANOTHER GUN. I PROTEST AND THEY GIVE ME OTHERS THAT I DON'T KNOW IF IT WERE THE MIAS, AND WHY I TOLD THEM TO DENOUNCE THEM. SAME YOU TAKE THE CAR AND HOS MISSING PARTS. KEEP AN EYE.
I cannot put any fault at the moment the truth has been the deal has been 10 and they have solved my problems in the day.nnAbove they have taken me and picked me up at home when the car was ready.
