Nice medieval town that you must visit. It can be seen walking around in a morning. Nearby there are other small towns that are also interesting to see.

Atienza, a medieval treasure away from the usual routes. It is worth a visit to this Alcarreño town, bordering Soria and a neighbor of Aragon, with such stale history.nI missed a cultural guide of the town (if there is one, it was not offered to me), and a longer schedule of local tourism; During my visit (a working day tomorrow), of a cultural nature, I was very well looked after by Alfonso, a municipal official, and by D. Agustín, an endearing retired priest and an excellent connoisseur of the town.nI believe that in our eagerness to always go to the same places, we let places like this pass by, which are nevertheless a jewel for their land and for Spain. This, despite its population decline, takes good care of its valuable heritage.nI encourage you to visit its gates and walls, its churches and museums, its squares and castle. And dedicate at least half a day to it, if you cannot stop and eat in one of its hostels and rural houses.

It is not the most beautiful town in Guadalajara but it is interesting to walk around its streets, it has interesting buildings but little else.
